Have you tried a simple soft reset? That fixes my minor irritations as well as some major ones.
Any new programs loaded? Sometimes they conflict, but try above.
If not, hard reset may be in order, be sure you back everything up. That is what they will do if you go to service center, so you might try and save yourself the trip.
