Congrats, although a FEW things are different, you will get used to it and love it as an overall device more than the 6700

after a year with the 6800, my keyboard still snaps open and closed. Nothing to worry about there.

this simply depends on how you built your ROM and what apps are running in the background. A poorly built ROM will run slow or bogged down.

Seriously though, I used the 67 with no issues and the 68 has been no different. You will like it with a custom ROM and GPS as well as Google Maps/Latitude. Having come from a 67 to a 68, you could not give me a 67 to replace my 68.
