, and one more question, I tried to Hard reset my phone by pressing the round button in the middle, the volume down then turning th ephone back on, *still holding down the round button and volume* it jsut turns the phone on it dont go to reset screen, any suggestions on maybe what i'm doing wrong,
before you ask, yes i do have my phone in the offstate before i start
