Re: Asurion raises deductible rates

In the pamphlet Asurion sent detailing the increase in deductible, they state "You may cancel your optional coverage at any time and recieve a pro-rated credit of your unused payments." What exactly does this mean? Can you get a partial refund of the fees, if you didn't actually use the service?
