Would it be a bad LCD or a bad Digitizer? I thought that it was the digitizer that "listens" for touch on the screen

Also, if you get country id error, use the guide to revert bootloader, the you cna use NoID RUU. I don't like reverting bootloaders, but if you can't flash, you might not have any other choice.

I may end up returning this, it was advertised as working, so if I can get my $$$ back and get another one I would prefer to do that rather than disassemble the phone.
