Just press camera+power+reset and see what bootloader says
from 2.47 or 2.40 bootloader you can
a) copy nbh to card and flash from bootloader
b) connect to computer and flash ROM via the Rom Update Utility
note that activesync will not connect in bootloader mode, but you can flash a ROM...
