I looked into the registry & started playing with the following keys & values. The values are Decimal, NOT HEXIDECIMAL!
"BattSuspendTimeout" seems to be the cuplrit that matches up with "On battery power". I did get the device to Auto-off in about 90 secs using settings. WHY 90????? Well it also looks like the "BattResumingSuspendTimeout (15)" is tacking time on. I could be totally wrong!
