Hello all my phone has just taken a phone for the worst. For a little while my phone would overheat, would drop calls etc. etc.

I took my phone in to sprint and they asked to do a hard reset and they said it was the battery. I tried to use my backup to restore my info and it won't even accept them. The one that it will accept doesn't even load all of my programs. it will show the symbols for them but none of them will activate. I get the red x icon whenever I try to run a program. I mean keylight won't even work. I took the phone to sprint with this problem and they can't tell me anything. This time they said couldn't hard reset it and test because they didn't ask. Feel like I am getting screwed. Am I destined to start from scratch and update all of my info and programs again or is their something wrong with my phone and sprint should be helping to compensate me because I do have insurance.
