I did. Emailed ecare first and they told me to take it to the store, I also had them note my account. Went to sprint store and they we gonna try and charge me $50 for warranty replacement so I told them ecare waived it, they checked my account and said that it would be free. The guy tested my phone and eventually told me he would give me a new replacement.
Make sure you reflash to stock rom and radio and relock before going to sprint
