What exactly does this Holux M-1000 do? I am purchasing a TomTom 910GO tonight, but if this does the trick, I may return it. I was looking, and couldn't (at least yet) find a site to tell me specifics such as: How do you use this with your Treo? What do you need on your Treo, and how does it impact the phone (memory, slowing down phone....), and what is the output....voice command, text-to-speach......?

I appreciate any input on this, I would really like to know, because the $350 difference really makes me look twice!!!
