Problems trying to Flash Phone - Did I flash it? I don't know.
I'm trying to flash my phone with a new rom.

I unlocked it first by downloading on my PC clicking the SPL .37 file found here:

I clicked install with my pc connected to the htc. I left the room, took a shower, and came back.

I try to check if it's unlocked - by pressing down volume and pushing the power button. I get a pop up menu:

Warning: Power will be turned off, and you may lose data if you have not saved them. Do you want to continue?

I click yes.

I don't see anything different. I don't know if it's unlocked.

Edit: Okay I got it - now stuck in tri color screen.
