But there is a (super).cab floating around here some where with alot of the tweaks that help the performance on your device...if I find it I'll link you!!!

what I mean is that according to those cabs one does not even need a cab,
it seems that enabling internet sharing
just amounts to a couple of regedits:
1--------------------(removes some spyware dll installed by provider)
InternetSharing WM 6.1:
Go to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Comm\InternetSharing]
Then Delete "Extension"="rilphone.dll"
2--------------------- and this one tells which connection to use?
- <characteristic type="
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\InternetSharing">
<parm name="
LastCellConnection" value="
Sprint PCS" datatype="
string" />
</characteristic>
- <characteristic type="
HKLM\Comm\InternetSharing\Settings">
<parm name="
ForceCellConnection" value="
Sprint PCS" datatype="
string" />

is this all needed?
with Bell, we do not have
"Sprint PCS" entry, but "Data Network" instead
Should one replace the former with the latter?
