With the Omnia u can't get ringback tones thru ur phone....but you can still manage and purchase new ringback tones thru the web application, remember you need to add ringback tones to ur account, (.99 cents a month) and then sign in to the ringback tones page...I have had ringback tones since the Palm 700w don't let Verizon tell you it doesn't work on ur phone...IT DOES
