Can you put the card in your desktop/laptop card reader and directly transfer the file? It will be a lot faster that way.

Also, if you have a wireless network, you might try copying the file that way, using the 6700 to browse shares and then copy the file via total commander.

ActiveSync seems to barf on "large" files.
