1st: try to go to pictures.sprintpcs.com from a pc or in skyfire from your phone(opera or IE will not work for this)
2nd: get your password and successfully log into your picmail acct
3rd: once you can log in, try it again. if no worky
can u browse the web on your phone ok?? use IE and go to google.com for example. if u can browse, uninstall and reinstall the picmail app(sprint picmail or sMMS) you are using
