Another thread you might want to look at is this one.

It will give an idea of what some of guys here have been able to do to the 6700. These guys are really good at developing and altering things to make them usable and stable. I would definitely read the manual pakaged with the kitchen. I would also download the factory flash from Utstar.com for your carrier. Keep that on your computer because you may brick your phone and need to flash back to the factory or if you have to take it to your carrier for service. If you have questions try searching first, because most problems have been discussed here already. And have phone because it is very addictive.
