Asurion Help

So my sister had her TP stolen last week, contacted asurion, filed a stolen claim, filled out the affidavit they have you do, and had the new phone shipped out yesterday. Well today, she "restole" her stolen phone back from the theives.

She has not even opened the UPS box that Asurion shipped her new phone in. My question is, will Asurion allow her to send the new phone back and not charge her or does she have to keep the new phone and send her old one back?

They're closed now is the only reason I ask, and it's out of pure wonder and impatientness that I can't wait until she calls tomorrow to find out.
