Then I taped it off and used black spray paint. This only lasted about 2 days before rubbing off from me missing the slot for the USB. May try it again with some hand paint that is specifically for plastic.

On a side note, my dye on the cover is rubbing off around the stylus. Is anyone else having this problem?
I'll stick with the red area, seems like alot of problems can accur just to paint it black
