First, what carrier you on, cuz that is important when flashing anything??? but depending on your carrier and phone do u have? i wud go
here and just type in "flash radio (then your carrier)"
to answer, first flash bootloader, then unlocker. now, u can flash radio and rom versions. sounds easy, but read up some more on it before attempting. still need that info to be more useful or search "flash radio tutorial"
