I had this problem on the apache. While I dig up the permanent solution, a quick band aid would be to turn off sounds for the alarms in settings>sounds & notifications.
Be back shortly with your perma-fix.
Edit: I think I got it. First, go into your alarms and make sure all of your alarms are unchecked and do a soft reset just to set it in stone. Then run a regedit program (if you don't have one you can get one
here) and navigate to HKEY_CURRENT USER>System>State>Shell>Alarms. If what I am thinking is true, even though you had turned off all your alarms through the clock settings, there should still be entries in this registry.
You can delete these entries it will be safe. As soon as you make a new alarm in the clock settings then the correct values will show.
After you do that go ahead and post some results.
