Yes! I finally got a response including a UPS tracking number! What I did was forward my confirmation email to Advanced Exchange Escalations (
AEescalations@sprint.com ) along with a note saying that nobody else has been able to find the order. Within an hour, they replied with the full details including pick date, ship date, estimated delivery date, and UPS tracking number. Come Tuesday I will be the proud owner of a Touch Pro!
