Most of the tethering mention a CAB file which will make the reg edits for you. No need to install a regeditor if you want to USB tether with the built-in ICS.

WMWifiRouter is a different animal. It bridges your Sprint PCS data to the WiFI and lets you share your phone's internet that way.

Wanna USB tether to a WinXP/Vista PC? Use the cab method.

Got Linux/Mac? Might have no choice but to WMWifiRouter it.
