well if your ebay dealer doesnt have a no refund policy advertised, by law hes required.. does he run a buisness through ebay?? threaten to file a complaint with the BBB against his company, see what that does too..

and OP you said thi didnt happen before 6.1.. if you just bought it at xmas, it came with 6.1 on it, if it didnt, you never told us to flashed it, that makes a difference too.. did u flash a custom rom or vzw's

this is why you dont buy products from ebay..
