reprogram the radio?? if u mean program the phone for voice/sms/data svcs, you need ur MSL, PTN and MSID...now, unless you know it already(which it seems ya don't) call Sprint and get all three from them(msl/ptn/msid) this info in the billing system must match what u program into the phone.
