I can't say on the cooking/rom thing, but I can comment on the touchflo thing, I used throttle launcher and its touchflo thing, it's nice, but I only kept it for about a day, like they all said, it to heavy for the apache imo. OC'ing, not all apaches can do 624, some can only go to 520, even seen some fail at 520. Of my two apaches, one can do 520, not 624, the other can do 633. I would test this on WM5, find your max, then worry about setting it up after your new rom goes in, stability may suffer with the OC. Up to 624 is within spec for the cpu, just not for these phones, past 624 is truly overclocking it as it wasn't in spec for this generation of cpu. I prefer to call bumping up to 624 or 520 as unlocking the cpu, overclocking is 633+, but thats just me =P I use X-cpu scalar. Yea, thats an a not an e in scalar.
