Hi All,

I hope everyone is having a safe Holidays.

Here's my problem. My phone was working great on my way to work, but once i arrived, i noticed the time hadn't changed, so i was trying to see if the time was changed accidentally.....I got no response when i tried to touching the screen, so i tried to sync it (to do a factory default), and it won't connect.

Can someone please tell me how i can fix this.
