It's more than just flashing another carrier's ROM (extROM, actually).
Changing the ESN needs to be done within the firmware on the device. You will need one of a few specific programs, along with your Sprint phone's information and a good set of directions (I believe some are included somewhere on this site).
Proceed with caution as you can really screw things up- and as the previous poster said, it ain't legal, so I wouldn't "advertise".
