I had issues in the past and had to go through some steps to get it to work. First, make sure you have the correct security certificate installed on your device which your IT department should provide you. It is a .cer file. Next you need to install it to your device which is easy. Just put it on your device storage and select it, it will give you a message that the security certificate has been installed. Then soft reset. of course there can be other reasons you cannot sync which may include having the wrong server name, password, etc. but my issues usually revolved around security certificates. I can confirm that active sync is work perfectly on this rom.

Active Sych with company e-mail works. But...

Upon disconnecting from my work PC(using the USB cable), I find that "Microsoft Direct Push" needs to be toggled off and then on. Do this from the Comm Manager application. The foolproof method for me has been to toggle the "Data Connection" off then on, and then toggle "Microsoft Direct Push" after. If my password & settings are all correct, e-mail begins arriving immediately.

Give it a try; Thank me or PM me with your results(and we'll keep the thread on-topic)
