Actually, I spoke to a really helpful lady in a Sprint store (not sure if I said this in the earlier posts) who told me to go to the service station across the street and tell them that Best Buy never informed me of Sprint's insurance and to get it added... and if nothing else they have someone there who can take the phone apart and hopefully fix it.

Well, I didn't have any luck getting the insurance added to my phone while I was there (because they act like I stole it or something, as if I'm not allowed to have it)... but before I left she informed me that HTC has a one year warranty on it too, and if all else fails I could contact them, but I'd be a while without a phone, about as long as Best Buy would take.

There's options!
