non-touchscreen phones are considered dumbphones by at&t too, even smartphones.
When I was in the store, they said you had to get a PDA plan for the Windows Mobile Standard phones as well...

Tethering? Really? I didn't see that anywhere, hrm...

Does anyone know if you get faster speeds with the PDA plan? My brother has been using them for years, and seems to think not, but he is not that demanding of his phones/service...
