Which is better? Asurion or Repair Center Walk-in?
I'm sick of my TP crapping out on me, and I just spoke rep via chat just to find out I cannot exchange because I went over my 30 day limit(?). So, now it comes down to either calling Asurion or a visit to an Authorized Repair Center. However, the rep informed me that I *MAY* get charged $50 by going through Asurion? I just want a Touch Pro that works!! What's your take, or if you've been down this road, what did you do/what happened?
