Yeah I looked at the 800w but the buttons are far too small for my taste.

The problems that people are having are mostly hardware defects. Have you tried a long phone call, like 1+ hours? You battery will drain, even while plugged into a charger. That's my biggest gripe. Second is the screen border issue, and third is the overall build quality.

I love my Touch too. I fought Sprint and eventually ended up with one that has a 180 degree viewing angle, side-to-side, top-to-bottom.

Unfortunately, I find myself writing way too many emails to use the sluggish onscreen stuff anymore. I need something with a keyboard.

If the Xperia X1 isn't all it's cracked up to be, I will probably end up staying with Sprint, and getting a Pro again later on, when these issues are taken care of.
