Yeah, the keyboard IS great, but the screen is VERY insensitive around the edges, causing it to be hard to use the on-screen SIP, and scrollbars, and hitting okay, etc... There are horrible issues with overheating as well--and I don't want to get into that discussion.

I have owned 6 of them now, and after work today, I am returning my last Touch Pro. I have wasted way too much time trying to make this phone work for me.

I would be willing to accept a great on-screen keyboard, or a slightly worse physical keyboard, if it meant I would get a fast, reliable phone.
