Proximity Sensor
As far as I know I dont think the Diamond has one, but it does have a capacitive sensor on the enter key of the dpad that lights up the circular LEDs and the Button LEDs when your finger gets within a millimeter of it.
Would it be possible to use this sensor to turn the screen on and off during a phone call? Like, when you press the phone against the side of your face could it would turn off the screen and when you remove it the screen comes on 2 or 3 seconds later.
