Well I will have to call in again. I think the new XV6800 replacement will be my 6th phone. I have had random buttons not working and consistent bluetooth disconnects to earpieces and carphone. I hope next time I talk to a nicer person. This last guy told me it was all my fault if I carry my phone in my pocket. I told him its designed to be carried their. I dont need to look like a security guard with a walkie talkie!
