I had this problem on my first Touch, it would constantly change the time back an hour or ahead an hour. I'm on my htird one now, and now the only time it's doing it is when it's connected to my pc via usb cable. My pc will say the correct time, but for some odd reason, my Touch will revert an hour the second it makes a connection.
Weird.
