I think i figured out the problem but not sure how to fix it. Seems like when i got the phone it was preloaded with a username@sprintpcs and a certain phone #. I reset it a few times with my msl #, changing it manually with #3282#. I did contact support and went to the sprint store numerous times. Is there a way to completely wipe out this username, mdn & msid #s? thanks if you can help
Yes! To completely wipe out the MDN, MSID, and data profile (stored in slot 1) u can ##RTN#
Be Warned this will also completely hard reset your device

Error 67 simply means the username/password on your device do not match what sprint has on their authentication server. This could be a provisioning problem on their (sprint) end, or incorrect parameters programmed on the device. The update profile 'should' correct the parameters in the device to match those currently on the network. However I've heard that as of late there's many provisioning issues...
