Like i said earlier i don't believe it's them i just think you guys are rushing when placing your order and aren't making sure they are ordering the right phone when you make your claim. i filed my claim on monday and received my phone today. No problems whatsoever. This is by far the best one i have had as well with a build date of November 3, 2008.
