All you have to do is open pocket express, click on menu at the bottom of the screen. Then click on express settings. It will open up a page that has your number. You will then click on the drop down at the top of the page, click on auto updates, and stop it from updating every 4 hours. Instead you will set it to NO AUTO UPDATES.
