I downloaded the CAB for pocket express, installed it, then uninstalled it using "remove programs". After that it is gone.

All you have to do is open pocket express, click on menu at the bottom of the screen. Then click on express settings. It will open up a page that has your number. You will then click on the drop down at the top of the page, click on auto updates, and stop it from updating every 4 hours. Instead you will set it to NO AUTO UPDATES. This will permanently stop those annoying pop ups. No need for any other removes or uninstalls.

I accidently ran this program and every so often I get the same message the OP gets.
