It all depends on the store managers/people... The ONE store in my city has always given me problems, even though its a corprate store. There are some stores that dont even want to do what they are supposed to do as a corprate store, so I've given up on the stores and just call Sprint directly or use e-care, I get much better results that way and less aggrivation.
