my point is that customers, sprint ones especially, are quick to blame everyone but themselves for problems. sprint no doubt creates countless issues of their own, but at the same time are often shat on for no good reason when they wont give a customer something for free, etc.

Don't worry Kelly is a complete idiot and it seems he enjoys to say and do opposite of what everyone else says.
The guy bought a phone that would have, no matter what, on sprints end, come back with a clean ESN. So, what is the buyer sappose to do? Also Sprint should be more aware of where phones are going and how the insurance company that they promote is doing business.
