First attempt was unsuccessful. I added "\Internal Storage\Windows\SkyBook". The issue is finding a way to make it recognize an Internal Storage folder.

I know if I migrated the SkyBook cache to regular storage i could make this work but I really dont want to sacrifice the 5MB of program memory.
