Just use file explorer and it will be on the same directory level as your Storage Card, and the above. NOTE - it may not open the first time you try. If it errors when you try to open the log file, it means the device is still writing to it and it is locked. Just make sure you set the registry back to 0 for the keys you changed and wait a few and soft reset again. It will kill the querying and should unlock the file at next boot.
