Doesn't make a difference to me if it takes an extra 5 seconds to lock on. None of these things really affect my service on the device. Its still a phone and it still makes phone calls. Heck I cant even complain about pic mail anymore...lol

honestly i think your just picking the winning side of a dying argument. the mogul will not be recalled, but instead will be replaced in the line-up by the touchpro. This means that when you have issues, you'll still get a mogul for at least a while for your exchange (unless you get lucky), but stores/telesales/etc will only sell the diamond and touchpro. Now i know that several people do have issues with the device due to their expectations and this device not meeting them, especially the low ram !!! that being said though, bluetooth and GPS seems to be hit and miss, as some users have n0 issues... like myself
at the end of the day, would you rather the mogul or touchpro? (yeah i know your answer )
