That is weird, not sure if it's your bank is rejecting the order, or the website just f***in up, ya know? i'd say try telesales or cust service and b*tch about sprint.com giving you this error. hell you could even screenshot it and email ecare, either way - there's gotta be another way to get the phone ordered! maybe try a different card?
