Yea I should have called earlier. I tried to go through Retentions but they had my account all messed up. Finally got to a retentions manager who fixed the account but claimed the phone was not available. Called telesales and blam, they had it and ordered it. The clueless first retentions rep I spoke with cost me at least an hour on the phone. Bottom line is she cost me the weekend without my new toy! Damn.
