Yep, that's the page I got it from, in fact.

Sorry, I wasn't clear enough. When I said "DeviceLock", I meant the .cab plugin that I downloaded from PPCG here... not the OEM function that's part of Windows M5.

Also, I finally figured it out. There's two versions of DeviceLock... one is just the executable and one has a control panel applet.. I reinstalled, soft-reset, unchecked all the options, reset, removed, reset and then, finally, it was gone.
