Re: EVDO vs WIFI

One thing I noticed, is that even after you launch WiFi, the phone continues to use the EVDO connection. You have to manually bring up the connection manager and stop the data connection in order for it to use the WiFi adapter. In fact it can take several tries to make it stop using the data connection via the connection manager before it actually sticks. You can tell that it's using EVDO by the data arrows being active.
