Well thanks for the effort, but it does not seem to prompt me with any sort of notification or the "A storage card was inserted. Do you want to search it for audio and video files?" even upon soft reset without the card installed.
This is for a xv6700 running the stock aku (would love to put one of the cooked roms on but cant afford the risk if it goes down for any substantial amount of time)
Hypothetically would there be a registry entry that would query the card as a default first and then the onboard memory?
I would move to a different player but I am very happy with the alternate skin (named “voice command†on my phone) that wmp provides and it works wonderfully in every respect except this small somewhat annoying point!
I have tried a few but none compare to wmp with the alt. skin for my taste.
I liked the ppod app, but it does not navigate as easily or have a minimize button readily accessible.
